Speaker: Phil Le Brun – Director of Enterprise Strategy and Evangelism, Amazon Web Services
Phil is a Director of Enterprise Strategy and Evangelism at AWS since September 2019. In this role, Phil works with enterprise executives to share experiences and strategies for how the cloud can help them increase speed and agility while devoting more of their time to their customers. Prior to joining AWS, Phil held senior technology positions in McDonald’s Corporation including VP for Global Technology Development and International Chief Information Officer. In these and prior roles Phil led and co-led multiple large scale initiatives to transform McDonald’s into a modern technology-enabled company. Phil’s experience spans a number of domains including architecture, development, data, supply chain, digital engagement, innovation, and organisational change management.
Phil has previously been recognised as one of the top 100 UK-based CIOs. He also holds a BEng in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Masters of Business Administration, and an MSc in Systems Thinking in Practice. He is a Chartered Manager, Chartered Member of the British Computer Society, and a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, and the Institute of Directors.
